Youth Farm Camps
Inspiring and empowering the next generation of agri-preneurs through hands-on, practical farming experiences at One Acre Agro Farm.
Hands-On Learning
Children get their hands dirty! They learn by doing, from planting seeds to feeding animals, ensuring a memorable and practical educational experience.
Mindset Shift
We transform how the youth view agriculture, moving away from viewing it as a punishment to seeing it as a viable, profitable business.
Sustainability
Teaching the principles of circular agriculture. Campers learn how nothing goes to waste on our farm, protecting the environment for the future.
Catching Them Young
Dr. Emma Naluyima is a firm believer that the future of African agriculture lies in the hands of the youth. Our Farm Camps are specifically designed to introduce children and young adults to the wonders of modern, integrated farming.
During the camp, students interact directly with our farm operations. They learn about crop rotation, animal husbandry (pigs, cows, fish, and poultry), and the critical importance of financial literacy in farming.
